The audience votes for the duo were quite close with 52 votes for SMO and 48 votes for Richie D. ICY. The judges decided that SMO would move on to the next round, while Richie D. ICY would compete in the 8 bar round (rescue match).

Bringing a love R&B rap, with a smooth melody, Rhyder and dubbie made Coach BigDaddy want to share his feelings right away: "Andree gave dubbie a place where he could express his part very well and Andree emphasized for him that he could both rap and melodic, overall combining very reasonably with Rhyder!".

In the studio audience voting, Rhyder received 83 votes and dubbie 17 votes. After consulting, the 3 judges decided to choose the one who dominated the stage, had a song structure that brought bright energy suitable for the theme color to continue to the breakthrough round, that was Rhyder. Rapper dubbie competed in the 8 bar round.

STRANGE H holds the ticket to the next round before Dlow

One of the surprising pairings of Andree's team is Dlow - STRANGE H. The reason he chose Dlow and STRANGE H is because both have strengths in flow (the way a rapper expresses his composition - turning rap lyrics into a separate "melody") and the energy of both will complement each other.

Coach B Ray commented: "I really like the hook (like the chorus, expressing the main message or theme of the rap) of the two of you, it makes me dance along...".

Judge Suboi also gave compliments: "Dlow's voice today is very clear and beautiful, making the atmosphere in the studio today very explosive. STRANGE H, I hope after this song you will have money coming in like water...".

Dlow received 78 points and STRANGE H 22 points. The 3 judges decided that STRANGE H would move on to the next round because of the obvious improvement in skills, Dlow entered the battle at 8 bars.

Rap about "tomorrow"

Shorty Thang was chosen by Andree to pair with Minh Lai in the theme "tomorrow is better than today". Combining the performance of Nay Mai with the guitar accompaniment by music producer WOKEUP, Minh Lai - Shorty Thang were praised by coach Thai VG: "Up to now, this is the song I like the most. I really like this performance, the guitar accompaniment is very effective".

Judge JustaTee also praised the progress of each individual. Minh Lai received 68 votes and Shorty Thang received 32 votes. The judges decided to let Minh Lai continue and Shorty Thang was the one to enter the 8 bar round.
