3TI Progetti Asia Co., Ltd. recently had a working session with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province to report on the proposal to invest in a hydrogen production plant.

At the meeting, representatives of 3TI Progetti Asia Co., Ltd. reported on the design plan and investment plan for a hydrogen production plant in Ninh Thuan.

Accordingly, after surveying and evaluating, the Company proposed 4 locations in Ninh Thuan province to invest in wind and solar power with a capacity of about 1,500 MW; build a hydrogen production plant with a capacity of 400,000 tons of gas/year.

3TI Progetti LLC proposed a land fund of about 290 hectares for the project and a total investment of about 2 billion USD.

To implement the project, the representative of 3TI Progetti Company Limited hopes that the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province will create favorable conditions to locate the factory near the port for convenient transportation; support power transmission infrastructure and provide a stable source of water for production...

Working with the investor, Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the determination to invest in a hydrogen production plant and suggested that the company continue to carefully study the locations and construction sites; proactively invest in power transmission infrastructure, site clearance costs, etc.

According to Mr. Hoang, Ninh Thuan province is committed to accompanying and creating all conditions for businesses to invest and implement projects.

Previously, on October 4, 2024, during a working session with the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province, a representative of 3TI Progetti Asia Co., Ltd. expressed his desire to invest and build a hydrogen production plant project in Ninh Thuan province.

According to the initial proposal, the project has a factory scale of 100 hectares and a land fund for self-generating green energy with a total capacity of 600 MW; of which, 400 MW of wind power and 200 MW of solar power. The total investment is about 700 million USD, of which the chemical plant is 200 million USD and the power plant project is 500 million USD.
