The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just published a list of land plots and land lots for short-term lease in the city.

Of which, the People's Committee of Da Nang City leased 11 land plots for the purpose of using as traffic construction land for parking lots, 19 land plots for the purposes of using as commercial service land, and traffic construction land.

Specifically, in Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang city leases land plot coded A2.1 in the residential area south of the ward's Nursing and Rehabilitation Hospital, with an area of 2,440 m2; the land recovered from the Central Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, fronting Ngu Hanh Son street, with an area of over 9,908 m2.

Residential area south of the Nursing and Rehabilitation Hospital (Vo Nguyen Giap - Ba Huyen Thanh Quan - My Da Dong 10 street), area 748m2; Non Nuoc stone carving village residential area (Truong Sa - Non Nuoc - Moc Son 3 street) area 8,142 m2.
