Spending about one million VND, tourists can completely experience the most interesting things, admire the pristine beauty of Pu Luong, Thanh Hoa.
About 130km from the center of Thanh Hoa city, Pu Luong belongs to Thanh Lam and Thanh Son communes (Ba Thuoc district). It is a land that still retains the wild and majestic beauty of mountains and forests, interspersed with villages and vast terraced fields of rice. Pu Luong Nature Reserve is becoming a favorite tourist destination for young people because of its fresh, peaceful air and beautiful natural scenery. Mr. Pham Van Phong, a son of Thanh Hoa, had impressive experiences during his 2-day, 1-night Pu Luong tour at a fairly low cost.

2 days 1 night itineraryDay 1: Departing at 4am, Mr. Phong departed from Thanh Hoa city center to Pu Luong by motorbike, taking about 3 hours. The road was very clear, beautiful and empty of vehicles. The first tourist spot the group visited was the Cham stream water wheel, also known as the water wheel. Along both sides of the stream, the water wheels rotate regularly, a unique irrigation project of the local people. In addition to admiring the water wheels, visitors can raft or bathe in Cham stream, but be careful on days when the water level rises.

After leaving Suoi Cham, Mr. Phong continued to take photos on the “S” shaped road and admire the terraced fields in Ban Don. This is also the most unique and impressive natural landscape for him. The rice season in Ban Don is green, mixed with the bright yellow of the rice plants nearing the ripening season.

The bat cave with rocks creating many strange shapes such as human, animal, grass and trees... In the afternoon, when the weather was cool, Phong and his friends experienced bathing at Hieu waterfall. With a length of about 800m, Hieu waterfall has clear, cool water hidden among the trees.

Day 2: Pu Luong is the land of many beautiful waterfalls. On the last day of the journey to explore Pu Luong, Phong chose to visit Dan waterfall - a wild waterfall that very few tourists know about. After having breakfast at the homestay, at around 8am, Phong arrived at Dan waterfall located in Dan Long commune, Ba Thuoc district. This is a waterfall with water all year round, attracting tourists by the white water flowing straight down from above, creating a poetic and majestic landscape. Surrounding the waterfall are dense forests and moss-covered rocks, with the sound of the waterfall ringing all year round.

Cost The total cost for Mr. Phong's Pu Luong exploration trip was about 750,000 VND/person for 2 days and 1 night. The above cost includes accommodation and a dinner at the homestay, meals outside during the day, parking at tourist attractions. In addition, there are personal expenses such as gas... Note: Currently, Pu Luong still has hot sunny periods. When traveling between tourist attractions, everyone should bring a shirt, sunscreen, umbrella...
