After the Bond in Vietnam live concert in October 2024, the Bond quartet moved to Ha Long Bay to film the MV Victory - Bond in Vietnam.
Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association - said that to have a day of filming, the Organizing Committee planned a year in advance.
This is the second MV promoting the image of Vietnam and its people in collaboration with international artists within the framework of Good Morning Vietnam, co-organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper. In 2023, the Organizing Committee will bring the legendary Kenny G to Vietnam to perform, then film the MV Going Home in Hanoi.

“Last year, Kenny G's MV was widely shared by the artist on his personal page and spread to the global public. Ha Long Bay is already very famous. However, we want to contribute a small part to promoting tourism in Ha Long Bay in particular and Vietnam in general in a different way - associated with the image and music of world-famous Bond artists."
Production director Nguyen Thuy Duong believes that live concerts and MVs following this new direction are the idea of bringing top music to Vietnam, contributing to spreading the cultural values, history, and people of Vietnam to the world.

The filming process received support from the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee and the Ha Long Bay Management Board. "The MV only lasts more than 3 minutes, but we had to survey the location 10 times. However, Typhoon Yagi blew away the scenes we had chosen, forcing us to start over. However, no matter how strong the storm is, the longevity and beauty of Ha Long Bay will not change its value," he said.
After releasing the MV, the producer introduced behind-the-scenes footage of many interesting experiences, including the challenge of making a floating stage on water at Dragon Eye Island.
Bond member Elspeth shared: "We had a great time in Vietnam, were well looked after and had a successful performance. From the producer, lighting team, stage, audience to organizers were all great, thanks to that we had the most memorable moments in Vietnam".

Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - expressed his emotions when admiring Ha Long Bay in the MV Victory - Bond in Vietnam . He assessed that the images selected in this MV are of great value. The perspectives, camera angles and images chosen by the crew really bring great emotions to the viewers.
“I believe that MV brings great value to tourism in Quang Ninh and Vietnam in general. We are determined to make Quang Ninh tourism a breakthrough spearhead. We have recently submitted a proposal to UNESCO to recognize Ha Long Bay as a world natural heritage for the third time. We aim to welcome 20 million tourists to Quang Ninh, including more than 5 million international visitors this year, and in the future, make Ha Long Bay a world tourism center,” said Mr. Cao Tuong Huy.
On this occasion, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy shared the viewpoint of Quang Ninh province in preserving Ha Long Bay heritage, especially the wild landscapes such as Dragon Eye Island. “Touching heritage is not simple, we have the responsibility to preserve and promote the value of heritage. The Law on Cultural Heritage regulates all activities related to heritage. UNESCO has the country's merit, so if we want to invest, it is not easy to affect the core area,” said Mr. Cao Tuong Huy.
