According to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, after the universities announce the results of the first round of admission, candidates who pass the exam must confirm their admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system (at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn), starting from August 24. The deadline for students to access the system and confirm their admission is 5:00 p.m. tomorrow, September 8.

Once the admission is confirmed, the candidate will not be able to cancel the admission confirmation. If you want to cancel the admission confirmation, you must contact the university where you have confirmed your admission to resolve the issue.
For candidates who do not confirm their admission within the prescribed time limit, without a valid reason, they will be considered as refusing admission and the training institution has the right to refuse to accept them. If due to force majeure (such as illness, accident and confirmation from a district hospital or higher; due to natural disasters and confirmation from the People's Committee of a district or higher), the training institution will consider deciding to accept the candidate or reserve the admission results for the candidate to enroll later.
If due to errors or mistakes of the staff performing the admission work or the individual candidates, the training institution will proactively coordinate with relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide to accept the candidate or reserve the admission results for the candidate to enroll later.
Candidates who have confirmed their enrollment at a training institution are not allowed to participate in the admission process elsewhere or in additional admission rounds, unless permitted by the training institution.
After confirming online admission on the Ministry of Education and Training system, candidates will receive an admission notice from the university they are admitted to. It clearly states the time and method of completing the admission procedures.
