West Ham in talks over personal terms with Harry Maguire
MU has agreed in principle to sell Harry Maguire to West Ham for £30 million, however the London team has not yet completed personal agreements with the centre-back.
The reason is that Maguire wants to receive a "compensation" from MU, where he still has two years left on his contract, before agreeing to go to West Ham.
At MU, Maguire received a salary of approximately 190,000 pounds/week, but no longer had a place at Old Trafford so he was forced to leave to save his career.
To convince Harry Maguire, David Moyes is willing to give him the West Ham captaincy and make the centre-back one of the highest paid players in the team. However, the figure is only £120,000/week.
Sources said that to quickly close the deal, MU agreed to compensate Harry Maguire.
According to the Daily Mail , the Red Devils may have to pay up to £10 million for this player, while The Sun said Maguire will ask for around £6 million.
MU currently has the most cumbersome squad in the Premier League, with 36 players, equal to Nottingham Forest.

Wout Weghorst leaves MU after loan spell at Burnley
Returning to his parent team Burnley after ending his loan contract at Man Utd, Wout Weghorst was immediately sent to Hoffenheim, Germany on a one-year loan, without a buyout clause.
Hoffenheim CEO Alexander Rosen was delighted with the signing of Weghorst.
Weghorst joined Burnley in the second half of the 2021/22 season with the hope of replacing the void left by Chris Wood, however his very unconvincing form with just two goals in 20 games was partly the reason for the team's relegation at the end of the season.
Poor form and his refusal to play in the Championship have made Weghorst unpopular with The Clarets fans. The Dutch striker has been loaned out to Besiktas, Man Utd and now Hoffenheim.
The move to Hoffenheim also marks Weghorst's return to the Bundesliga, the league that made his name. Before moving to the Premier League, Weghorst was Wolfsburg's main striker with 59 goals in 118 games over four seasons.

MU wants Harry Kane in the summer of 2024
Bild revealed that an unnamed club has made a more attractive offer than Bayern Munich for Harry Kane. They will pay him a significant "kickback" along with an attractive salary and bonus regime to join him next summer as a free transfer when his contract with Tottenham expires.
Sky Sports added that on Thursday (August 10), there is an increasing possibility that Harry Kane will stay in London, even though Tottenham finally agreed to sell him to Bayern Munich for over 100 million Euros, after 3 rejections.
There is speculation that MU is the team behind the plot to "sabotage" the Bundesliga giant, because at the beginning of the summer, they were the ones who wanted Harry Kane the most.
However, coach Erik ten Hag and MU later decided to stop the deal due to difficulties caused by Chairman Daniel Levy and the high price. However, according to the British press, the Red Devils captain has never stopped liking the England striker.
With Rasmus Hojlund only 20 years old and it is unclear how long it will take him to adapt to the Premier League, United could try to convince Harry Kane to come to Old Trafford next year.
But it's all speculation and according to the latest news from Athletic , Harry Kane has agreed to join Bayern Munich on a four-year contract.
The German football giants hope to complete the signing of Harry Kane today (June 11), making him the team's highest-paid player, earning £400,000 a week.
