Navy Region 3: create a forum for officers and soldiers to share and contribute ideas to build the unit

On September 26, in Da Nang city, the Naval Region 3 Command organized a democratic dialogue activity for the third quarter of 2024 for officers, professional soldiers, and soldiers in the entire Brigade 172. Colonel Nguyen Thien Quan, member of the Navy Party Committee, Commander of Region 3 attended and chaired the conference.

The democratic dialogue activity aims to increase contact and dialogue between the Chief of the Regional Command and functional agencies of the Region with officers and soldiers of the unit to promptly grasp their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals to leaders and commanders at all levels.

At the dialogue, soldiers expressed their opinions and aspirations focusing on the following contents: Training, combat readiness, building discipline, compliance with discipline, safety assurance, leave regime, policies, ensuring material, cultural and spiritual life for officers and soldiers...

Acknowledging and absorbing the comments at the meeting, the Head of the Region 3 Command and representatives of the Region's functional agencies promptly and thoroughly answered questions within their authority, contributing to ensuring the rights of officers and soldiers, creating high consensus and unity in the process of performing tasks.

In recent years, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 3 have focused on implementing democratic dialogue activities, aiming to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations, listen to the thoughts and aspirations to promptly and thoroughly resolve all difficulties of officers and soldiers in the entire Region. The effectiveness of solutions to promote democracy at the grassroots level is the "key" to effectively carry out ideological work, contributing to building a clean and strong Regional Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Region, creating motivation for Naval Region 3 to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
