Although considered a safe beauty treatment, according to Dr. Quang's analysis, the cause of complications is that the essences applied to the patient's skin are of poor quality or mixed with collagen, vitamin C... while mixed drugs often lead to granulomas.

In addition, meso injection requires correct injection technique. If the person performing the procedure is not properly trained and does not understand the anatomy of the injection area, errors may occur. In fact, complications of meso injections are due to injecting impure, floating drugs, causing skin complications. If the injector does not have the technique, does not ensure sterile techniques, leading to incorrect injection sites, causing infection in the injection site. At the same time, patients are not given detailed instructions on how to care for themselves at home or the patient does not comply, leading to non-sterile injection sites, causing complications.
