The Ministry of Public Security has just dismantled a ring producing, trading, and consuming fake milk powder in huge quantities in Hanoi and neighboring provinces, causing confusion among consumers.

Initially, the police agency determined that from August 2021 to present, Rance Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and Hacofood Group Pharmaceutical Nutrition Joint Stock Company have been producing and trading powdered milk. Up to now, they have produced 573 brands of powdered milk of all kinds.

The nine companies in this "ecosystem" include: Group International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Big Four Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Long Khang Group International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, BFF Medical Nutrition Joint Stock Company, Safaco Group International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Darifa Group International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Win CT International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Phuc An Khang Nutrition Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Nasaka Asia Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

Among them, there are also milk products for people with diabetes, kidney failure, premature babies, and pregnant women. The police determined that the quality of some powdered milk substances was below 70% of the declared level, which is enough to be considered counterfeit.

These are products of Hacofood Group advertised as using imported ingredients from New Zealand and applying modern production technology.

Colos 24H Premium : Product lines such as Colos 24h Premium Kid Baby for newborns - Colos 24H Premium are manufactured and distributed by Rance Pharma International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

NewSure Colos 24H Kid Plus : Product for children from 0-12 months old.
