On converting the use of VNeID accounts in performing administrative procedures

On June 3, 2024, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 25/UBND-PVHCC on converting and using VNeID accounts in performing administrative procedures.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3701/VPCP-KSTT dated May 29, 2024 of the Government Office on the conversion and use of VNeID accounts in performing administrative procedures, the Provincial People's Committee requests: Departments, branches, sectors; central agencies in the province; District and City People's Committees to propagate and disseminate instructions to organizations, individuals and cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers at the One-Stop Sections at all levels, agencies, and units receiving and handling administrative procedures on the conversion of National Public Service Portal accounts to VNeID from June 15, 2024.

The Department of Information and Communications shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant agencies to implement the conversion and cleaning of citizen accounts on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and systems related to administrative procedure settlement to VNeID before July 1, 2024 according to the provisions of Decree 59/2022/ND-CP of the Government and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatches No. 05/UBND-PVHCC dated January 24, 2024, 22/UBND-PVHCC dated May 15, 2024, 24/UBND-PVHCC dated May 30, 2024.

At the same time, notify and guide on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System on converting the National Public Service Portal account to VNeID from June 15, 2024, including some contents: Function of registering and logging into citizen accounts: Citizens register and log into accounts on the National Public Service Portal using the only method of VNeID account from June 15, 2024.

In case of difficulties in the process of registering and logging into a VNeID account, please contact the Ministry of Public Security (Call Center 1900.0368) for support; Remove the function of creating citizen accounts for the role of cadres, civil servants, and public employees at the One-Stop Department on the National Public Service Portal; Accounts of organizations and enterprises on the National Public Service Portal are maintained and used as they are now and will be converted after receiving guidance documents from the Ministry of Public Security.
