Over the past 2 years, in the context of many difficulties, with the attention and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels, the Office of Party committees at all levels in the province has made efforts in performing its tasks, achieving many important results.

The Provincial Party Committee Office and Party Committee offices at all levels have done a good job of advising the Standing Committee, Standing Committees of Party Committees, and Steering Committees for COVID-19 Prevention and Control at the provincial and district levels to lead and direct drastic, creative, safe and flexible implementation, and effective control of the COVID-19 epidemic; coordinated to advise Party Committees at all levels to complete the institutionalization, concretization, dissemination, and implementation of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, Resolution No. 58 of the Politburo right from the first year of the term, creating an important premise for putting the resolutions into practice. Advised on organizing the working programs of Party Committees scientifically and reasonably, promptly and effectively resolving the work of the province, localities, and units.

Proactively grasp and synthesize the implementation of tasks of localities and units and propose solutions to promptly resolve difficulties, obstacles, shortcomings and problems arising in each locality and unit. Review, revise, supplement and complete all procedures in the work of the Party Committee's office in accordance with the requirements of administrative procedure reform, ensuring science, professionalism and high efficiency.
