On the afternoon of February 5, Van Don District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of Van Don District Party Agencies; the Party Committee of Van Don District People's Committee directly under the Van Don District Party Committee; and to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee.
Comrade Truong Manh Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Van Don District Party Committee, presented the decision of the District Party Committee Executive Committee on the establishment of the Van Don District Party Committee of Party Agencies, including 8 Party cells under agencies and units of the Party, mass organizations, the District People's Court, the District People's Procuracy, with 79 Party members; Comrade To Van Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Van Don District Party Committee of Party Agencies.
At the same time, the District Party Secretary also presented the decision of the District Party Executive Committee to establish the Van Don District Party Committee, including 19 subordinate Party cells with 193 Party members; Comrade Vu Duc Huong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Van Don District Party Committee and presented the decision to merge the Propaganda and Education Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Van Don District Party Committee.
Comrade Truong Manh Hung, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Van Don District Party Committee, affirmed that the establishment of Party Committees and the merger of the Propaganda and Education Committee and the Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee were great efforts of the Van Don District Party Committee following the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on streamlining the organization and apparatus in the district's political system to ensure "refined, compact, strong, efficient, effective and efficient".
He requested that after being reorganized, units should promptly stabilize their organizations and deploy tasks according to their assigned functions and tasks; develop working regulations, programs, and work plans to ensure compliance with principles and meet the requirements of new tasks. At the same time, strictly implement regulations on organization, apparatus, and personnel arrangement; maintain political stability, discipline, and order of the Party; regularly monitor, review, promptly grasp, and advise on removing difficulties during the implementation process, ensuring that the new apparatus operates effectively, efficiently, and smoothly, without interruption in work.
