In 2017, Gartner predicts that there will be significant changes in the way businesses manage their IT ecosystems. They call the evolving platform on which these changes will take place “AIOps” (artificial intelligence for IT operations).

Integrating AI into IT system management helps businesses diagnose and resolve issues much faster than manual methods, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars each year. In addition, AIOps will also help these teams identify potential IT risks, thereby helping to handle problems in the "bud".

Enterprise interest has made AIOps a rapidly growing field. The global AIOps platform market is expected to grow from $2.5 billion in 2018 to $11 billion in 2023. Gartner predicts that 25% of enterprises will have an AIOps platform supporting two or more major IT operations by the end of this year.

In Vietnam, technology is helping businesses open up new business lines. The level of "willingness to spend" on technology and IT management solutions of Vietnamese businesses is increasing. The application of AIOps is also becoming a trend for large enterprises in the Vietnamese market.

Thanks to the application of management technology, requests are recorded on the system, the requester can easily check, grasp the status, time and the person in charge of processing. The request processor is not overloaded like manual recording and processing; it is easy to extract reports in real time... Exchanges are recorded on a single email stream, without losing or drifting messages. Managers can easily control the progress and completion level of the person assigned to the task.

Statistical reporting information is also easily extracted, such as TNTech supporting 2,208 IT-related requests for TNG Holdings Vietnam in June 2023.

In addition, TNTech also deployed the ManageEngine Monitor system to serve infrastructure monitoring and centralized application monitoring to improve the quality of IT service operations at TNG Holdings Vietnam. The system has helped TNTech monitor hundreds of applications simultaneously on multiple dimensions and make predictions about the need to upgrade hardware infrastructure in the future.
