Regarding the master's level, according to the inspection conclusion, the content of the 2023 master's enrollment announcement does not guarantee the time. The Academy organizes learning and evaluates the results of additional knowledge of the candidates, but lacks evidence showing the recognition of the results of completing additional knowledge to consider the conditions for taking the exam according to regulations.
In addition, the Master's Admissions Council (2022, 2023) has a composition of members (secretaries) that is not in accordance with the academy's master's admissions and training regulations.
With the doctoral level, the academy itself determined and announced the 2023 enrollment plan as 8 targets, but in the announcement on October 2, 2023, it was 10 targets.
The inspection conclusion also pointed out many mistakes of the Vietnam Women's Academy such as the training organization lacked a legal basis for enrollment and training organization, information about the teaching staff (permanent and guest lecturers) and management staff, planning and monitoring of teaching plans in Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, at this facility, the organization and management of university-level training were not in accordance with regulations.
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training requested the Vietnam Women's Academy to rectify its management and remedy the consequences. Strengthen inspection and examination of the implementation of the Academy's Admission Regulations. Carry out admission work for undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees in accordance with the procedures of the Ministry of Education and Training and other relevant legal regulations.
Stop training at regular university level and master's level outside the headquarters in violation of regulations. At the same time, draw up a record of administrative violations against the academy for the above-mentioned acts with the amount of 150 million VND.
