The organizing committee presented souvenir flags to the delegations participating in the Festival.
The festival has the participation of artisans, artists, and actors who are Tay, Nung, and Thai ethnic groups living, studying, and working in 15 provinces and cities, including: Hanoi, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Son La, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, and Lam Dong.
Artists and actors from Tuyen Quang province participate in the Festival.
On November 16 and 17, the delegations will perform Then singing and Tinh lute at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism; and participate in performances and introductions of Then singing and Tinh lute at the stage area of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square.

The Tuyen Quang delegation participated in all contents of the Festival including: Exhibition space to introduce traditional cultural products of localities participating in the festival; Demonstration of traditional brocade weaving and making Tinh lutes of the Tay, Nung, Thai ethnic groups; Display, processing and introduction of cuisine of traditional ethnic groups; Performance introducing the art of Then singing and Tinh lutes. Including 4 performances of Then "Soi Huong"; Tinh lute ensemble "Tieng lute goi ban"; Ancient Then performance "12 mat troi"; New Then performance "But Hai looc".
