Cao Bang province currently has three religions: Catholicism, Buddhism and Protestantism with 23,500 followers, of which Protestantism accounts for the largest proportion with over 21,300 followers. The activities of religious organizations are basically stable, purely religious, in compliance with the law, in accordance with the charter, regulations and objectives. With the support and facilitation from authorities at all levels, the spiritual life and freedom of belief of ethnic minorities in Cao Bang are guaranteed, contributing significantly to the stability and development of the locality. These efforts help people practice their faith, contributing to building a close-knit, united and sustainable community.

Participating in Protestantism and attending activities at groups, the H'Mong people (Pac Ra hamlet, Ly Bon commune, Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province) said their lives have changed positively, and believers are close and intimate like brothers and sisters in one family.
