TPBank informs about the resignation of Mr. Do Anh Tu

Accordingly, on March 18, 2025, Mr. Do Anh Tu submitted a resignation letter from the Board of Directors of TPBank for personal reasons. This request was approved by the Board of Directors of TPBank under Resolution No. 12/2025/NQ-TPB.HDQT dated March 20, 2025 in accordance with the law and internal regulations of the bank.

Currently, TPBank's Board of Directors has 5 remaining members: Mr. Do Minh Phu - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Quang Tien - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Shuzo Shikata - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Suong - Member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Vo Bich Ha - Member of the Board of Directors.

Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank plans to hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the morning of April 24, 2025 at the Dragon Hall meeting room (12A floor, DOJI building, 5 Le Duan, Ba Dinh, Hanoi).
