It is estimated that by the end of November 2023, disbursement will reach VND 30,807.8 billion, reaching 44.9% of the capital plan assigned by the City People's Committee and 43.7% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

The project to expand National Highway 50 in Binh Chanh district, the progress of the parallel road section of National Highway 50 has reached over 35% of the construction volume and the expansion section of the existing National Highway 50, over 2.5 km long, is being invited for bidding.
Contractors are trying to speed up the progress, but due to land acquisition and relocation of technical infrastructure works, the project is behind schedule. Contractors are working on a "construction as soon as land is available".
The two areas that have not been cleared yet and have a major impact on the progress of the entire project are 200 m from the starting point of the project where the parallel road of National Highway 50 and Nguyen Van Linh Street intersect; about 50 m at the intersection between the parallel road and the existing National Highway 50. The National Highway 50 expansion project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2024.
For the Component 2 project of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, the compensation progress is being accelerated, the site handover rate has reached over 94%; the site clearance progress in Hoc Mon district has been completed, Cu Chi district has reached 98%, Binh Chanh district has reached 96%, Thu Duc city has reached 90%. Accordingly, the compensation problem is mainly in Thu Duc city area, 412/587 cases have been paid.
For the Component 1 project of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, the section through the city is divided into 14 construction packages; including 10 main construction packages and 4 auxiliary packages, serving operation; it is expected that all main construction packages will start construction in 2023.
Up to now, Ho Chi Minh City has completed the selection of contractors for 5/14 packages. The packages are being accelerated in construction, and the city's Ring Road 3 route through Hoc Mon district is gradually taking shape.
Nhon Trach Bridge project has reached more than 38%, 5% ahead of schedule. Meanwhile, at the Ho Chi Minh City end of the bridge, all the land has been handed over, so the construction is going smoothly, and the project is expected to be completed 4 months earlier than the contract.
According to the city authorities, the Component 1 project of Ring Road 3 through Ho Chi Minh City is facing difficulties in the supply of soil and sand for filling. This is also a common difficulty of expressway projects under construction in the Southeast region and the Mekong Delta.
For the An Phu traffic intersection project (Thu Duc City), all items of the project are currently being highly focused on by relevant units to ensure project progress. The underpass area on Mai Chi Tho Street has completed the 5th span and poured concrete for the tunnel foundation; the end of the tunnel towards the Saigon River tunnel is preparing the next site.
The construction of Ba Dat Bridge (at the beginning of the underpass) is expected to complete the basic part of all items by the end of December, and open to technical traffic in early 2024; 2 months ahead of schedule compared to the overall progress of the entire project.
Construction items of Giong Ong To bridge, Dong Van Cong street area, bridge piers are also completed, preparing to install bridge girders between the two existing Giong Ong To bridges. The project is expected to open to technical traffic in October 2024.
