(NLDO) - Through the program "Opening clean water sources for the beloved Central region", Carlsberg Vietnam continues to commit to accompanying the sustainable development of the Central region.
Carlsberg Vietnam said that together with the Huda beer brand, they continue to affirm their commitment to accompany the sustainable development of the Central region through the program "Opening clean water sources for the beloved Central region".
With four essential clean water projects completed in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri in 2024, the company is proud to mark a meaningful step forward in the journey to improve community life, creating a brighter and more sustainable future for people in the Central region.
People in the Central region are happy to use clean water.
With the completion of these four projects, to date, the program has contributed to bringing clean water to a total of nearly 9,000 households in five provinces in the Central region – meaning that nearly 35,000 people have access to a stable source of clean water, providing peace of mind, especially during the rainy season or prolonged drought.
The initiative "Clean water for our beloved Central region" was born from a deep understanding of the difficulties that local people are facing. Water scarcity, especially in remote areas, has been causing negative impacts on human health, economic development and overall quality of life. Carlsberg Vietnam recognized this challenge and proactively became a catalyst with the desire to bring positive changes to the people of Central Vietnam.
The program "Opening clean water sources for the beloved Central region" has brought clean water to nearly 35,000 people.
Working closely with local authorities, Carlsberg Vietnam has conducted comprehensive surveys on the current status of water supply systems in the four provinces to develop appropriate investment plans. Based on the actual situation and specific needs of each project, the company has upgraded and repaired water filtration systems at local water supply stations, as well as installed water pipes to each household.
For more than three decades, Huda has not only been a beloved beer brand but also a symbol of solidarity and deep pride, becoming an indispensable part of the cultural life of local people. Entering its 6th year, the program "Opening clean water for the beloved Central region" once again affirms the commitment of Huda and Carlsberg Vietnam, not only stopping at beer production, but also creating meaningful changes, contributing to improving the lives of people here.
