According to the Miss Universe Vietnam Organizing Committee, the final Top 10 include: Phi Phuong Anh - Hanoi, Dinh Thi Trieu Tien - Phu Yen, Paris Bao Nhi - Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Thi Tra My - Nam Dinh, Do Thu Ha - Hanoi, Nguyen Quynh Anh - Hanoi, Vu Thuy Quynh - Dien Bien, Quach Tapiau Maily (Mlee) - Ho Chi Minh City, Doan Tuong Linh - Lam Dong, Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen - Nam Dinh.
The Top 10 Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 had a gorgeous evening gown performance while performing to vibrant music performed by singers Thanh Lam, My Linh and Ha Tran.

In this competition, contestants Quach Tapiau Maily (MLee), Vu Thuy Quynh, Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen... received enthusiastic cheers from the audience present at the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 final. Contestants Nguyen Quynh Anh and Do Thu Ha also scored points with their confident and professional evening gown performances.
