On November 8, the South Korean Presidential Office announced that President Yoon Suk Yeol is preparing to visit the US, UK and France.

Speaking at a press conference, Deputy National Security Adviser Kim Tae-hyo said that President Yoon Suk Yeol and First Lady Kim Keon Hee will depart on November 15 for a three-day trip to San Francisco, USA.
During that time, the President will attend the 2023 APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting and hold bilateral meetings on the sidelines.
The President will then return to Seoul on November 18 before departing for London on November 20 for a four-day state visit to Britain at the invitation of King Charles III.
The visit takes place in the context of the two countries celebrating 140 years of bilateral relations in 2023.
From London, President Yoon Suk Yeol will travel to Paris, France on November 23 to boost Korea's bid to host the 2030 World Expo in Busan.
Deputy Advisor Kim Tae-hyo also said that Mr. Yoon Suk Yeol's upcoming state visit to the Netherlands will take place from December 12-13.
