Organize training courses for department-level managers and equivalent

During 2 days (October 17-18), the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee organized 2 training courses to update knowledge and skills for cadres, civil servants, leaders, and managers at the department level and equivalent of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and socio-political organizations at the provincial level in 2024.

Attending the training course were comrade To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee.

Students participating in the training course are divided into two classes: the first class takes place in the morning of October 17-18, the second class takes place in the afternoon of the same day.

In the training program, the lecturers presented two topics: Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, introduced the topic "Urban planning management and issues arising in the management of millennium heritage urban areas"; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, Director of the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts, introduced the topic "Developing cultural industries based on competitive advantages associated with building heritage urban areas, promoting creative startups".

The topics selected for introduction in the training class are particularly important issues, closely following the goals and development orientations of the province to exploit and maximize local potential and strengths.

The training course aims to equip and update new knowledge for cadres, civil servants, leaders, managers at the department level and equivalent in departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the provincial level.

At the same time, encourage each cadre to uphold the sense of responsibility, continue to research, apply and concretize in the work of advising local leaders, agencies and units to direct the implementation and complete well the assigned tasks; contribute to the province to soon realize the goal by 2035, Ninh Binh becomes a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage urban area and a creative city.
