Economic - Budget Committee reviews content submitted to 27th Session

On the afternoon of April 2, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to review the contents expected to be submitted at the 27th Session (Special Session) of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Conference Overview

According to the content of the Proposal on the approval of the List of projects to change the purpose of land use under 10 hectares of rice land, under 20 hectares of forest land; Land recovery projects for socio-economic development for national and public interests, the Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council to adjust the reduction of 22.71 hectares of 12 works and projects in Tu Son city and adjust the reduction of 33 hectares of rice land of 09 works and projects in Bac Ninh city approved by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 374 dated December 11, 2024; Approval of the addition of 29 works and projects that must recover land, projects that must change the purpose of land use with an area of ​​rice land in 2025 in Tu Son city and Bac Ninh city with a total area of ​​80.49 hectares (including 56.51 hectares of rice land).

The Economic - Budget Committee also reviewed the Proposal and draft Resolution expected to be submitted at the 27th Session. Members of the Economic - Budget Committee requested the drafting agency to carefully review each project and work; clarify specific changes in area and investment policy for each project.

At the same time, assess the impact of the Resolution, clarify difficulties and advantages as a basis for the Provincial People's Council to consider and decide.
