Impersonating VNX, Mr. Can Van Luc and Pham Le Thai to offer stock courses
The Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) has just issued a warning about impersonation and use of its logo and images for fraudulent purposes.

Specifically, through screening, VNX discovered that on Facebook, there were a number of impersonators, using the logo and images of the department to advertise participation in Zalo groups on securities teaching, calling for participation in securities investment teaching classes with images of Mr. Can Van Luc and Mr. Pham Le Thai.
VNX specifically names pages named Stock exchange, Investment teaching, Stock teaching, Stock club, Thai Pham.
VNX affirms that up to now, they have not invited participation in any teaching programs or stock investment groups.
Therefore, investors are advised to be cautious and carefully research invitations to participate in securities investment to avoid being scammed in securities trading activities.
Palm Manor project investor speaks out about 'area discrepancy'
According to the news from the conclusion of the inspection team of the Ministry of Construction, the new urban area of Southwest Viet Tri City (commercial name Palm Manor) has an approved land area that is more than 2 hectares different from the actual project land area.
The name of the project investor approved by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province in Decision 523 in 2013 was Toan Cau Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company, but later in Decisions No. 117 and 3151 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, the name of the project investor was Toan Cau Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.

In a document dated December 2, Global Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP Invest) said that in 2015, Global Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company changed its name to Global Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP Invest), with the business registration number remaining unchanged.
GP Invest representative also said that the approved investment land area is according to Decision No. 2292 dated October 30, 2023, the detailed planning scale of 1/500 is 56.4 hectares. From that basis, the investor has been implementing in accordance with the approved planning and decision.
The project investor representative also said that as of December 2023, the project has not conducted any real estate transactions, reflecting the reality.
After that, the project received a notice from the Phu Tho Department of Construction about the eligibility to sell future housing according to document No. 509.
A technology company spends hundreds of billions to 'take over' a project near West Lake
Elcom Technology - Telecommunication Joint Stock Company (ELC) has just announced the Board of Directors' resolution approving the policy of receiving the transfer of a part of the Tay Ho Tay urban center project - phase 1 from Tay Ho Tay Development Company Limited.
Accordingly, this project is located at Lot H1CC1, Tay Ho Tay urban center project - phase 1, Co Nhue 1 ward and Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
Total land area 7,561m2 , construction density about 40%. Number of floors above ground is 3 - 17 floors, number of basements is 2 floors, land use coefficient is about 4.8 times.

Elcom said its goal is to invest, build, manage and operate a complex of offices, services, commercial centers and cultural complexes in Tay Ho Tay on land lot H1CC1. The maximum transfer value disclosed by this enterprise is 215 billion VND.
However, Elcom will join forces with MBH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to receive a part of the project transfer from Tay Ho Tay Development Company Limited. Accordingly, each party is responsible for paying 50% of the total transfer amount. Thus, Elcom will spend approximately more than 107 billion VND.
Proposal to close 79 illegal passenger pick-up and drop-off locations
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has just requested the City Police, Thu Duc City People's Committee and districts to strengthen inspection and review of land use purposes, and at the same time thoroughly handle locations and parking lots that organize pick-up and drop-off of passengers in violation of regulations, ensuring urban order and a healthy transportation business environment.

Through inspection, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport inspectors recorded 79 points with illegal passenger pick-up and drop-off activities (a decrease of 5 points compared to July 2024).
Specifically, in Thu Duc City, there are 22 locations such as at 19 National Highway 13, Quoc Phong gas station at 180 National Highway 1, Nhon Hoa gas station at 520 National Highway 13 or at addresses 96, 124, 136, 220 Kha Van Can Street...
In District 5, 18 locations were recorded such as at 34C Nguyen Duy Duong, 25A Su Van Hanh, 25C Nguyen Chi Thanh, 359 - 361 Hung Vuong, 48 Pho Co Dieu...
Meanwhile, in District 10 and District 1, the inspection force recorded that each district had 8 locations for picking up and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations.
In Tan Binh district, there are 7 points, district 12 has 5 points, Binh Thanh district has 4 points, Tan Phu district has 3 points, Binh Tan district has 2 points and Binh Chanh and Hoc Mon districts each have 1 point.
