On the morning of October 9, the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee held a conference to train and foster professional skills in mass mobilization work in 2023. At the conference, nearly 350 delegates, including officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and people working in mass mobilization at the provincial and district levels, listened to a presentation on the topic "Mass mobilization work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations in the current situation".
Comrade Vy Tu Lieu - Head of the Department of People's Organizations (Central Committee for Mass Mobilization) delivered the topic.
Head of the Department of People's Organizations (Central Committee for Mass Mobilization) Vy Tu Lieu emphasized: The 13th National Party Congress has set out 10 groups of tasks and solutions for Party building work; in which, 3 key tasks and 3 breakthrough solutions for Party building and mass mobilization work are identified as important contents in the organization and implementation process.
In recent times, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have made many efforts to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the legitimate and legal interests of the People, contributing to solving many practical problems and complex issues arising in the development process; diversifying forms of operation, and being closer to the grassroots.
The activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations always ensure the comprehensive leadership of the Party and increasingly close and effective coordination with the State, authorities at all levels and the political system.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels have performed well their core role in sponsoring and guiding the activities of mass organizations, especially at the grassroots level; coordinated with organizations in propaganda work, mobilizing union members and people to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.
At the same time, actively carry out campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, associated with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" such as: the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods"; the movement "Repaying gratitude"...

Also at the conference, delegates listened to the topic "Mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities at all levels, Law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level and the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" discussed by Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Nguyen Hai Nam.
Concluding the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Truong Thanh Huyen gave a general assessment of the results of mass mobilization work in the area in recent times. At the same time, he requested delegates to absorb the thematic contents informed at the conference, thereby effectively applying them to practice in the process of implementing assigned political and professional tasks.

Continue to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations, especially strengthen the organization of direct dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels with the People according to regulations; thereby promptly resolving difficulties, problems, complaints and denunciations of citizens and recommendations and reflections of the People right at the grassroots level.
Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in a practical, effective, clear-cut and responsible manner. Strengthen close contact with the grassroots, grasp the situation of union members, association members, and people of all walks of life; promote and improve the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns associated with building and replicating models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all fields. Effectively advise the Party Committee on leadership and direction solutions to solve practical problems that arise.
