Thuan Bac: Reviewing military recruitment capacity in 2024

On October 23, the People's Committee of Thuan Bac district held a meeting of the Military Service Council at the district and commune levels to evaluate the results of reviewing and preparing the actual capacity to select and call citizens to join the army in 2024.

Through review, the total strength of young people of military service age is 2,353 people, accounting for 4.77% of the district's population, of which 488 young people are eligible for health check-ups. To ensure the number of young people for health check-ups, the District People's Committee directed the Military Service Council at 2 levels to coordinate with localities to strengthen the propaganda of the Law on Military Service, review cases of exemption and postponement of military service and issue orders for health check-ups before October 30, 2023.

Thereby completing the military recruitment records so that communes can infiltrate, grasp the ideological situation, and promptly encourage citizens to confidently perform their military service.
