At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council listened to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee report on the progress of preparations for the contents to be submitted to the regular session at the end of 2023; the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council reported on the plan to meet voters before the regular session at the end of 2023, as well as the contents serving the conference to review and evaluate the activities of the Provincial People's Council during the mid-term 2021-2026; the People's Council Committees reported on the results of the verification of the contents to be submitted at the session.
Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the 29th meeting of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee.
Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to urgently prepare all reports, submissions, and draft resolutions to submit to the Provincial People's Council meeting at the end of 2023, and submit them to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to assign the Provincial People's Council Committees to review before November 15, 2023; note that the inclusion of resolutions in the list of promulgated resolutions must be strictly ensured, carefully reviewed for legality, implementation resources, etc., limiting the adjustment of the list of agreed resolutions. Assign the Provincial People's Council Committees to proactively coordinate with the Departments and branches in the process of drafting resolutions, attend, study and give opinions on draft resolutions when invited to attend meetings through the Provincial People's Committee.
