Hoa Binh Provincial Library held the 12th Party Congress, term 2025 - 2027

On the afternoon of March 6, 2025, the Hoa Binh Provincial Library Party Cell held the 12th Party Cell Congress, term 2025 - 2027. Attending and directing the Congress on behalf of the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism were comrade Bui Xuan Truong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department; Representatives of the Executive Committee of the Party Cells under the Department, and all Party members in the Hoa Binh Provincial Library Party Cell.

The Congress listened to the draft report reviewing the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Congress, term 2022 - 2025 and the direction and tasks for the 12th term 2025 - 2027. During the past term, the Party Cell's Party Committee always promoted the leadership role of the Party organization, unit leadership, cadres and Party members, and performed well the assigned duties and tasks.

The Party Cell seriously implemented the Directives and Resolutions of the superiors, directed the implementation of many key political tasks in the assigned fields. The Party Cell also focused on training and improving the political theory, capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, reviewing and admitting outstanding people into the Party, performing well the inspection and supervision work, and promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members. The Congress listened to 03 comments on the draft report of the Party Cell. Party members contributed quality comments, focusing on discussing issues to improve the quality of staff work, professional work, Party Cell activities and Party development work.

After a period of urgent and serious work with a high sense of responsibility. The Congress elected 03 comrades to the Executive Committee of the 12th Party Cell, elected the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Bui Xuan Truong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department acknowledged the results achieved by the Party Cell in the past time. He hoped that in the new term, the Party Cell would continue to promote the achieved results, be united, proactive, creative, and focus on intelligence to perform well the key tasks of Party work and professional work.

At the end of the Congress, all Party members in the Party Cell unanimously approved the Resolution and determined to complete the political tasks set forth by the 12th Provincial Library Party Cell Congress, term 2025 - 2027. The Provincial Library Party Cell Congress was a great success.
