New information on the issuance of land price list in Ho Chi Minh City

On October 15, the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee sent a document to the Standing Committee of the City Land Price List Appraisal Council (Department of Finance), Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Information and Communications on "implementing the appraisal of the decision to adjust Decision 02/2020 regulating the land price list of Ho Chi Minh City".

Mr. Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Chairman of the City Land Price Appraisal Council, assigned the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Land Price Appraisal Council (referred to as the City Land Price List) to urgently review the submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) to complete the dossier reporting the appraisal results of the draft decision to adjust Decision No. 02/2020, and submit it to the Chairman of the City Land Price Appraisal Council on the afternoon of October 15.

The land price list in Ho Chi Minh City will have a great impact on the people.

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on the appraisal results of the City Land Price List Appraisal Council, to complete the dossier (with draft) and submit it to the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of the land price list for comments on the revised and supplemented land price list, and submit it to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on the afternoon of October 16.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment must coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to provide content on the orientation, process, and results of the decision to adjust Decision No. 02/2020 to propagate and disseminate to organizations and individuals in Ho Chi Minh City with accurate and effective information and correct assessment of policies and legal regulations.

The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee coordinates with the Office of the City Party Committee to prepare content and documents for the meeting of the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of land price lists.

At the same time, monitor, urge and coordinate with the Standing Committee of the City Land Price Appraisal Council, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies and units to promptly complete the work contents related to amending and supplementing the land price list in Ho Chi Minh City, to ensure the time schedule according to regulations.

Many land areas will fluctuate after the land price list is applied.

Regarding the issue of issuing a new land price list in Ho Chi Minh City, as reported by Nguoi Dua Tin on October 14, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has Document No. 10487, submitting to the City Land Price List Appraisal Council to issue a Decision to adjust Decision No. 02/2020.

Accordingly, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has proposed many options to adjust the new land price list to replace the old one. The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also organized to collect public opinions widely and widely through online surveys.
