Ninh Binh City Party Committee thoroughly implements Directive No. 23 CT W of the Secretariat

On the afternoon of August 23, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 23-CT/TW, dated May 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring traffic order and safety in the new situation.

At the conference, delegates were informed and implemented Directive No. 23-CT/TW; Plan of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee to implement Directive No. 23-CT/TW, dated May 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring traffic order and safety in the new situation; Directive of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on strengthening urban management, ensuring traffic safety, urban order, construction order and environmental sanitation in Ninh Binh city.

It emphasizes the purpose, requirements, leadership, direction, organization of implementation, assignment of tasks and key solutions such as: Strengthening leadership, direction, inspection, and urging strict implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on ensuring traffic order and safety; Perfecting the legal system, promoting decentralization, delegation of powers, and clearly defining responsibilities in state management of traffic; Strengthening propaganda, dissemination, and legal education to raise awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people;

Focus resources on building and developing transport infrastructure; increase the application of science and technology in the transport sector; improve management, operation and coordination capacity of forces in ensuring traffic order and safety; overcome risks leading to traffic congestion during rush hours in the city;

Strengthen inspection, control and strict handling of cases of illegal construction, encroachment on roads and sidewalks for business, trading, and illegal organization of events...

Concluding the conference, Comrade Dinh Van Tien, Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee, requested the Party Committee, authorities, heads of agencies and units in the city to urgently direct, develop plans, and seriously disseminate the directive documents of the Central Government, the province and the city in appropriate forms. In the implementation, there is a specific division of work with the spirit of assigning tasks to clear people, determining the completion time, having requirements on quality, work and having consideration, rewards and discipline.

At the same time, strengthen inspection, supervision, and strict handling of law violations to increase deterrence. Promote information and propaganda work in many forms, commend good people and good deeds on mass media. Thereby mobilizing the entire political system to participate and effectively implement Directive No. 23-CT/TW of the Secretariat, building a green - clean - beautiful Ninh Binh city.
