Standing Committee of Ninh Binh City Party Committee trains in propaganda work

On the morning of August 22, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee organized a training course on propaganda work in 2024 for propaganda officers in departments, branches, communes and wards; social opinion collaborators of the City Party Committee and Party Committees directly under the City Party Committee.

At the training course, delegates listened to comrade Dinh Van Nghia, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, present the topic "Skills in gathering and grasping public opinion"; the reporter from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department conveyed the topic "The role of oral propaganda work and oral propaganda skills".

The reporters focused on clarifying concepts and specific analysis of capturing, gathering, and orienting public opinion and skills and expertise in oral propaganda work; in particular, emphasizing methods of implementing oral propaganda work and grasping the situation of public opinion in the context of rapid and strong development of the 4.0 industrial revolution.

Comrade Dinh Van Nghia, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, presented the topic "Skills in gathering and grasping public opinion" at the training conference.

Delegates attending the training spent time exchanging, discussing, and providing practical guidance on building an outline for a resolution propaganda report, how to grasp the situation, synthesize information, and write a social opinion report... Thereby, removing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process to improve the quality of oral propaganda work, grasp and orient social opinion correctly, positively, and beneficially for social stability and development; fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints; clearly distinguish between social opinion and rumors, and eliminate false rumors in society. Actively and steadfastly support correct and positive social opinions.

Through the training course, reporters and social opinion collaborators of Ninh Binh city were trained in skills, expertise, and methods of performing tasks, thereby doing a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities to improve the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda and social opinion work, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
