Thai Binh has a new Provincial Police Director

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel have announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police to take up the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security delivered a speech assigning tasks at the ceremony.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security congratulated Colonel Tran Xuan Anh and Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being entrusted with new tasks by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security. The Deputy Minister acknowledged the achievements that the comrades have made in the past, contributing positively to the results of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the localities.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam believes that comrades will quickly approach the work, maintain internal solidarity, promote collective intelligence, do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities to ensure political security, order and social safety in the province; build a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The comrade acknowledged and highly appreciated the capacity, experience and contributions of Colonel Tran Van Phuc during his tenure as Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, together with the Party Committee and leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Police, in maintaining discipline and order, building a clean and strong police force, contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area; at the same time, he hoped that in his new position, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh would continue to promote his capacity, strengths and working experience, promptly grasp the actual situation of the locality, unite with the Party Committee and leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Police to excellently complete the tasks of public security; closely coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, unions and localities to do a good job of ensuring political security, social order and safety, creating a favorable environment to promote the socio-economic development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary also sent congratulations to the People's Public Security force in general and the Thai Binh Provincial Public Security in particular on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the People's Public Security force's tradition day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024).

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police expressed his gratitude for the attention and trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province for their solidarity, unity, active advice and effective implementation of work requirements during his time working at Thai Binh Provincial Police.

Thanking the trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, Colonel Tran Xuan Anh - Director of Thai Binh Provincial Public Security promised to continue to strive, improve professional knowledge, and together with the Party Committee and leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Public Security to maintain solidarity, unity, and effectively direct the implementation of all aspects of Public Security work.

In his new position, he hopes that the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province will continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions to help him and the Thai Binh Provincial Police force to perform well the assigned tasks, meeting the requirements of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the locality.
