Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang expressed his joy to meet Mr. Yoshimune Odaka again at the beginning of 2024 in the joyful atmosphere of the city preparing to welcome the Year of the Dragon.
The City Party Secretary congratulated the group on the results achieved in the investment process in Da Nang city, especially Mikazuki Hotel has become a destination for tourists, especially high-end tourists with a room occupancy rate of up to 75%, a very impressive and ideal number.
The City Party Secretary also appreciated the corporation for investing more in the coastal area after the pedestrian bridge was completed. This place has also become a destination for many residents and tourists.
“These results are clear evidence of the group’s choice to invest in Da Nang and also concrete evidence for Japanese investors intending to invest in the city,” the City Party Secretary emphasized.
The City Party Secretary also welcomed Mikazuki Group's proposal to invest in a number of projects in the city and supported the group's cooperation with a Japanese hospital to invest in an additional resort block in the parking lot area of the current Mikazuki Hotel, combined with additional health screening functions.
This investment proposal not only enhances the value of Mikazuki Hotel, but also fits the city's orientation of developing resort tourism combined with health care.
“The city expects Mikazuki Hotel to develop not only to attract tourists, but also to be a destination for Japanese businessmen. The city strongly supports Mikazuki Group’s investment expansion in Da Nang,” the City Party Secretary added.
The City Party Secretary also requested the City People's Committee and the Danang Investment Promotion and Support Board to work with Mikazuki Group regarding a number of investment proposals for a number of projects in the city.
Regarding the investment in an additional resort block within the current Mikazuki Hotel campus that integrates health screening and examination functions, Mr. Yoshimune Odaka said that the group will cooperate with a Japanese hospital to invest in a resort block of about 150 rooms with a total investment of 30-50 million USD.
The Japanese hospital will bring modern medical equipment to Mikazuki Hotel to screen people in need and will directly send patients to Japan for treatment, especially cancer patients.
