DNO - On October 11, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Van Quang; Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh visited and congratulated businesses on the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13).

Visiting Vinseed Biotechnology Company Limited, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang happily acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the role and results the enterprise has achieved in the past time.

Enterprises have made efforts and actively participated in accompanying and concretizing the city's policies in innovative startups, contributing significantly to spreading and creating an ecosystem not only for the city but also for the whole region.

Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang emphasized that this is a concrete proof, from scientific research to product commercialization, through which the enterprise has affirmed its brand.

Especially the approach to startups of young people when realizing the city's startup and innovation policy. In which, there is an important role of Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, who graduated with a PhD in Biotechnology in Germany and co-founded with Nguyen Thien Khiem, with the desire to create valuable medicinal products to improve the quality of life of Vietnamese people.

Regarding the recommendations, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang said that the city has had policies and guidelines to support businesses so that they can operate and produce with peace of mind; he requested that relevant agencies continue to accompany businesses, especially start-ups and innovative businesses.

At the request of enterprises, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang requested the City People's Committee to direct relevant departments and branches to support enterprises in accessing land in industrial parks to expand production and business.

Along with that, support businesses to borrow investment capital from the city's investment funds as well as support production linkage as well as product output.

In addition, the City Party Secretary also requested businesses to promote the development of party members and establish Party cells of businesses...

According to Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Director of Vinseed Biotechnology Company Limited, starting from a ^30m2 bedroom, the company's production and business area now reaches ^600m2 with a system of Cordyceps cultivation rooms, modern production machinery and nearly 30 product codes.

The company is also an active participant in the innovation and startup movement of Da Nang city and won first prize in the Surf Da Nang 2022 competition with the model "Household-scale Cordyceps cultivation cabinet".

This product helps people access cordyceps products easily at low cost, creating additional income for people with an investment cost of 18 million/cabinet, creating a production and business chain between Vinseed and customers, at the same time, meeting the development orientation of high-tech agriculture and urban agriculture according to Resolution No. 104/2017/NQ-HDND dated July 7, 2017 of the People's Council of Da Nang city as well as the whole country.

In particular, from 1-2 products, the company has now researched and developed more than 15 products. The products are being developed in the direction of using many local raw materials, exploiting indigenous factors and linking with production facilities in Da Nang and growing raw materials in Cam Le, Hoa Vang.

Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang affirmed that the city leaders and relevant departments and branches will pay attention, support and create the best conditions, especially for investment projects in the hotel and office sectors of the company.

Da Nang will be one of the factors that help the company develop to reach the third position in the world in the field of dentistry. The City Party Secretary also welcomed the company's energy battery project, because this is a trend and is in line with the city's investment attraction orientation.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Management Board of the High-Tech Park and the city's industrial parks accompany, support, and connect with businesses in need of green energy sources to invest in the city, because currently many businesses investing in the fields of semiconductors and artificial intelligence are in great need of clean, stable energy sources.

On the other hand, the number of employees of the company is continuing to grow, therefore, the company needs to pay attention and form a trade union to accompany and support the employees; help the employees to be firmly attached to the company as well as be a bridge to help the company select the most suitable employees.

It is known that ICT Vina Company Limited operates and produces related to research, combining clinics and technology in the field of dental medicine, organizing seminars related to dental training. The company's products include the entire process, from diagnosis, treatment to providing products related to dental implants.

Regarding the company's projects in Da Nang, there is currently the ICT Vina 1 factory established in June 2018 with 121 employees. The second project is the ICT Vina 2 factory under construction to prepare for production in early 2025. Finally, the project on energy battery production, specifically the company will invest in a factory next to the ICT Vina 2 factory with a scale of 7.8 hectares, the factory is expected to start construction in February 2025.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee said that currently the demand for social housing and housing for workers in industrial zones is very high, so if we do a good job of developing social housing, it will ensure production and business activities and solve other social problems.

The City Party Secretary also shared the difficulties and problems of the company and requested the Party Committee of the City People's Committee, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the City Tax Department to continue to pay attention and remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses.

Currently, the city is developing a project to submit to the Government for approval on the Free Trade Zone, so it hopes that investors and the city will invest in infrastructure in 3 sub-zones: production, logistics and trade - services.

In addition, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang also highly appreciated the Party and trade union building work of the company; on the other hand, he suggested continuing to promote it to develop the company more strongly. Along with that, he hoped that the company would continue to accompany the city in the development process, especially together towards forming Da Nang - the green industrial center of the country.

Mr. Mai Cong Ho, General Director of Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company, said that in investment and production and business activities, the company has 4 urban areas with a total planning area of ​​128.4 hectares.

In addition, the company has 2 industrial parks that have attracted nearly 850 million USD in foreign direct investment (FDI) and 20,000 billion VND in domestic investment, creating jobs for nearly 10,000 workers. The company has built many urban areas to provide accommodation for tens of thousands of people, including 3,358 social housing units.

During its operations, the company always complies with regulations on environmental protection, security and order, and fire prevention and fighting in two industrial parks and urban areas.
