The four teams of the brigade and battalion agencies competed in greeting, knowledge, situation handling and dissemination competitions, all in the form of dramatization. The competition focused on resolutions of all levels on mass mobilization work; problems and situations that occurred in the implementation of mass mobilization work and methods of handling them; and the creation of a skit to introduce and promote the model and effective activities of mass mobilization work of agencies and units.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Hung, Deputy Political Commissar of Brigade 293, said that the contest is a broad political and cultural activity for all officers and soldiers in the brigade. Through the contest, the Party Committee and the commander of Brigade 293 will grasp the current situation and quality of mass mobilization activities in order to have a plan for training and fostering to improve knowledge, creating a positive change in the awareness and responsibility of Party committees and commanders at all levels regarding the mass mobilization tasks of the armed forces in general and the brigade's mass mobilization tasks in particular.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the teams were well prepared, had a firm grasp of propaganda content, social knowledge and working skills. The competitions demonstrated the specific functions and tasks of their agencies and units, but also exuded the close bond between the army and the people, further enhancing the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people, creating a deep impression on the audience. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the teams that completed the competition content well.
