Military Region 4 opens the 2024 Civil Affairs Contest, Cluster 2

This morning (June 12), at the Military Command of Nghe An province, Military Region 4 organized the opening ceremony of the 2024 Civil Affairs Contest in the armed forces of Military Region Cluster 2.

Attending from Nghe An province were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Hong Vinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The 2024 "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest of the Military Region's armed forces at cluster 2 has 7 teams from the Political Department, Technical Department, Air Defense Brigade 283, Information Brigade 80, Nghe An Provincial Military Command, Defense Economic Group 4 and Vocational College No. 4.
