Improve the machine, improve operating efficiency
Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, shared: During the implementation process, we found that the Plan and Project of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee ensured the principles of science, impartiality, objectivity, and were suitable to the situation and practical conditions of the province, localities, agencies, and units. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and agencies have proactively disseminated and implemented documents of the Central and the province on streamlining the apparatus of the political system, while regularly doing a good job of political and ideological education for Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers, promoting a sense of responsibility and being exemplary in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus. The merger helps us to be unified in directing and operating propaganda and mass mobilization work. This will increase the effectiveness of implementing the Party's guidelines and the State's laws and policies to the people, while promptly receiving and resolving the people's legitimate aspirations.

The establishment of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the basis of merging the Ethnic Minorities Committee and the Religious Committee is an important step, helping to unify and make state management in the field of ethnicity and religion more effective. Previously, these two areas were managed separately, sometimes overlapping, now being concentrated in one focal point will create more favorable conditions for implementing ethnic and religious policies of the Party and State. Comrade Ma Quang Hieu, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions affirmed: In the coming time, the Department will focus on key tasks such as strengthening propaganda and mobilization work, ensuring that policies and guidelines on ethnicity and religion reach all classes of people, helping people understand their rights and obligations and join hands in building the great national unity bloc. Improve the quality of state management of religion, ensure proper implementation of legal regulations, and at the same time create conditions for religions to operate stably, contributing to the overall development of the province. Promote programs to support socio-economic development for ethnic minority areas, improve people's lives, especially in remote areas. The establishment of the Department is like having a new name, this is a breath of fresh air that makes cadres, civil servants and public employees very excited and determined to complete their assigned tasks well.
Ready for new assignments
After announcing the decision to reorganize the organization, the provincial leaders presented the appointment decisions to the comrades taking on new positions. The members of the leadership of the agencies and units all expressed their joy, showing their determination and willingness to contribute.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance also affirmed: The arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus not only helps reduce intermediary units, improve work efficiency but also saves the state budget, creating conditions for more investment in socio-economic development programs. As a member of the new Board of Directors, I am always ready to take on new tasks and try my best to complete the tasks well.
Comrade Do Van Lai, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, expressed his high consensus with the policy of restructuring the provincial apparatus. According to Mr. Lai, the merger of the Department of Construction with the Department of Transport is a reasonable step, helping the planning and management of urban infrastructure and traffic to be carried out synchronously and uniformly. Previously, these two fields were closely related but due to separate management, coordination was sometimes difficult. Now, the merger will create conditions to implement urban infrastructure and traffic construction projects in a more systematic manner, contributing to sustainable urban development and a modern, synchronous traffic system. The staff in the department all identified this as both an opportunity and a great responsibility. With the spirit of solidarity and innovation, the Department of Construction will make every effort to contribute to the development of the province.
Not only within the management agencies, this reform determination has also received strong support from the business community and the people. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Pham, Director of Road Joint Stock Company 232 shared: Streamlining the apparatus helps businesses work more conveniently with state agencies. Administrative procedures are resolved faster and more transparently, thereby creating conditions for business development.
Also at the conference, the province held a farewell ceremony for retired comrades, including cadres who retired early according to the organizational restructuring roadmap. Comrade Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, emotionally said: "I am very proud of the years I have spent and contributed to the province. I still have 68 months to retire. To facilitate the work of restructuring cadres, I fully support the province's policy of streamlining the apparatus and ask for early retirement. This is a necessary action to improve the operational efficiency of agencies and units."
The restructuring of the apparatus is not simply a matter of merging the focal points, but more importantly, it is a strategic step to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of local government operations.
