The implementation of this document aims to continue implementing the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 23/CT-TTg dated July 5, 2016, on strengthening urgent solutions to ensure traffic safety on inland waterways in the new situation.
The Department of Transport said that the whole province has 112 vehicles that have been granted certificates of registration for inland waterway vehicles (including 99 sand mining vessels, 5 working canoes, 2 non-engined vessels carrying pumping equipment and 6 passenger vessels).
