With strict technical operation and control by German experts and advanced equipment and technological lines, Tan A Dai Thanh Group's Ströman plastic pipes and accessories have completely convinced the most demanding customers.
When it comes to Germany, consumers around the world acknowledge that “made in Germany” products have become a symbol of prestige and top quality.
According to the Made-In Country Index survey conducted by market research firm Statista (a ranking of products by country based on consumer confidence in quality), for many years in a row, Germany has been in the top 1 position.
When the whole world was still unfamiliar with the concept of plastic pipes, the Germans were one step ahead. 1936: The first large-scale uPVC pipe installation project for drinking water and wastewater was distributed by a German enterprise. From 1936 to 1939: more than 400 residential areas in the central provinces of Germany installed drinking water and wastewater systems through uPVC pipes. Surprisingly, 85 years later, the system was still operating stably as if it had never experienced World War II - a war that wiped out a series of solid structures.
In the current water pipe manufacturing technology, German technology is considered number one in Europe, surpassing Italy, Spain, France, and the UK in both quality and quantity according to AMI's report (a leading provider of global plastics market information). Plastic pipe products manufactured according to German standards always achieve uniformity, durability, and are extremely safe.
In-depth reports from Europe further reinforce the belief in the ideal durability of German plastic pipe systems, with the ability to operate for at least 100 years, surpassing the lifespan of many current civil works. Therefore, many large domestic enterprises choose German technology to produce plastic pipes, typically the Ströman brand of Tan A Dai Thanh Group.
Aiming at “Comprehensive solution for clean water source for Vietnamese families”, Tan A Dai Thanh has joined hands with Germans to successfully develop uPVC, PPR – PPR UV, HDPE Ströman plastic pipes & accessories with quality equivalent to plastic pipe products manufactured in Germany.
Leading the technology trend, two Stroman plastic pipe factories in Hung Yen and Long An have been invested by Tan A Dai Thanh with a total capital of up to 3,000 billion VND (equivalent to 140 million USD) according to the Smart Factory standard.
Owning a synchronous system of equipment and machinery imported from leading equipment suppliers such as: Krauss Maffei, Battenfeld Cincinnati, Zeppelin... along with a team of German technical experts directly inspecting and supervising all stages of operation; using virgin plastic materials imported from Borouge, SCG, AGC Group, Hyosung, Sabic... Ströman has been and will continue to produce and supply to the market plastic pipes and fittings with German quality - the leading in Vietnam.
Closed automatic loading system imported from Zeppelin Group, Italy
The entire sawing and expanding machine system is imported from the supplier SICA (Germany), applying infrared heating technology, helping the expansion joint achieve 100% uniform contour when connecting pipes, completely solving the leakage problem that often occurs with conventional products. The production line system is fully automated, minimizing human participation, creating products that are precise, uniform and diverse in size.
In addition, to ensure consistent quality, Ströman has also built and maintained a strict and rigorous quality management system, ensuring that all manufactured products meet German standards: according to German standards such as DIN 8077:2008-09, DIN 8075:2011-12.
Thanks to this strategic handshake, despite being on the market for less than 10 years, Ströman has become a prestigious name in the domestic market, widely used in civil works to large real estate projects.
