(38 years old, residing in Lien Thanh Hamlet, Thanh Lien Commune), to die while attending his brother's funeral.
Previously, on the afternoon of March 17, people in Lien Khai hamlet, Thanh Lien commune held a funeral for Mr. Pham Hong Ch. (48 years old) - Mr. H's brother, who passed away suddenly.
When the hearse (16-seat car) was carrying the coffin up the mountain at Dong Dai cemetery, Thanh Lien commune, due to slippery road, the hearse slid backwards and hit Mr. H., causing him to die on the spot.
