Previously, on March 18, Huong Son Commune Police (Lang Giang District) received a report from Huong Son Primary School, Area B, regarding suspected child kidnapping.

According to the report, on the afternoon of March 17, LNP (student of Huong Son Primary School, Area B) on the way home from school, told his grandmother the story:

After school, on the new National Highway 37 to Tan Hung Commune (Lang Giang District), P. saw a white car parked on the side of the road. A man was driving and a woman got out and approached the group of students. The woman gave P. a jelly, but he did not accept it and pushed it away.

The woman then said she was going the same way and offered to take the children home. When P. and some students refused, she tried to pull P. into the car. At that moment, a motorcyclist passing by discovered the incident and shouted: "Are you kidnapping children?". Immediately, the woman got into the car and left with her accomplices.

After receiving the information, Huong Son Commune Police verified and confirmed that there was no incident of the woman luring him into the car as P. had said.

At the same time, P. admitted that he made up the above story to tease his aunt because "she didn't pick him up so someone tried to kidnap him."

Through the camera footage at P.'s grandmother's house, the child returned home calm, showing no signs of fear or panic. There were no signs of bruises or scratches on his hands.

Therefore, Huong Son Commune Police confirmed that the kidnapping of P. as reported by the school is not true.
