Hanoi University of Pharmacy has just announced the methods of regular university admission in 2025. The school plans to enroll 940 students, with Pharmacy having the highest enrollment (760 students), followed by Pharmaceutical Chemistry (60), Chemistry (60) and Biotechnology (60).

In 2025, Hanoi University of Pharmacy plans to enroll students according to the following methods: Direct admission according to the regulations on direct admission of the Ministry of Education and Training and the School; Admission combining high school academic results with SAT certificates; Admission based on high school academic results for excellent students in specialized classes; Admission based on GCE A-level international certificates; Admission based on thinking assessment scores of Hanoi University of Science and Technology; Admission based on high school graduation exam scores in 2025.
This year, for the first time, Hanoi University of Pharmacy will consider candidates with A-level certificates. The conditions are that candidates must have an international GCE A-level certificate within 2 years from the exam date; have results of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of the major reaching 80/100 points or higher, in which the Chemistry score is 90/100 points or higher,
Having achieved excellent academic performance for 3 years, high school study results for each year of grades 10, 11, 12 of each subject in the admission group are not less than 8.0; studying high school in the 2022 - 2025 school year; not applicable to candidates who are students of continuing education institutions.
The admission method based on the results of the thinking assessment test of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is only applied to the Pharmacy major. Students need to achieve above 7 points in Math, Physics, Chemistry in three years of study. This condition also applies to the method of considering the results of the high school graduation exam in the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry majors.
From 2025, Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Vietnam National University will apply an additional admission method for students who have a university degree to study Medicine and Pharmacy. For this group of students, Medicine will take 4 years and Pharmacy will take 3 years. This year, the school is assigned 720 regular university quotas.
Hanoi Medical University 's 2025 enrollment plan basically maintains stable enrollment methods, including: Direct enrollment; enrollment based on high school graduation exam scores; combined enrollment with graduation exam scores and international language certificates; enrollment based on Hanoi National University's competency assessment test scores. The school plans to recruit new students for the majors of Medical Imaging Technology and Social Work because it believes that the demand for human resources in these two majors is increasing.
The University of Public Health plans to enroll 830 students for 6 majors, including: Public Health, Medical Laboratory Technology, Nutrition, Social Work, Rehabilitation Technology and Data Science. The 4 admission methods are similar to last year but with adjustments. With regard to academic records, the school applies to four majors, instead of 5. Two majors that do not consider academic records are Medical Laboratory Technology and Rehabilitation Technology. With regard to graduation exam scores and direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school applies to all majors. The fourth method is to consider the competency assessment test scores organized by Hanoi National University, but only for the Data Science major.
Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine has announced information on undergraduate enrollment in 2025. The school has increased enrollment quotas for 3 majors compared to 2024, which are Pharmacy (up 30%), Traditional Medicine (up 20%) and Nursing (up 10%). The remaining majors will maintain the same enrollment quotas as in 2024.
The school is expected to implement 6 admission methods in 2025: Considering high school graduation exam results; direct admission according to the regulations of the admission regulations; using the results of the capacity assessment test, thinking assessment organized by other units for admission; using international certificates for admission; combining high school graduation exam results with international certificates for admission; using other methods.
The school does not change the combination of admission subjects for the admission method based on high school exam results compared to the 2024 university admission plan. Foreign Language is not applied in the secondary criteria when considering equal scores as last year.
In 2025, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy plans to enroll students in 3 ways: Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam (for all training majors); Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, combined with international English certificates (for majors of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Nutrition); Direct admission (according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, Central reserve, foreign students).
