Decision 125/QD-TTg dated January 15, 2024 amending Clause 8, Article 1 of Decision No. 321/QD-TTg dated March 8, 2022 on regulations for provinces and centrally run cities to complete the task of building new rural areas in the period of 2021 - 2025.
Specifically, according to the new regulations in Decision 125/QD-TTg dated January 15, 2024, one of the criteria for provinces and centrally run cities to complete the task of building new rural areas is: People's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies reaches 80% or more.
* Article 1 of Decision No. 321/QD-TTg dated March 8, 2022 stipulates that provinces and centrally run cities complete the task of building new rural areas in the 2021 - 2025 period, specifically as follows:
1. 100% of districts in the area meet new rural standards for the 2021 - 2025 period; for districts that have been recognized as meeting new rural standards for the 2010 - 2020 period, it is necessary to review, direct implementation, and fully meet the standards according to the requirements of the National Criteria for New Rural Districts for the 2021 - 2025 period.
2. 100% of towns and cities in the area have completed the task of building new rural areas in the period of 2021 - 2025; for towns and cities that have been recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas in the period of 2010 - 2020, it is necessary to review, direct the implementation, and fully meet the level of completion of the task of building new rural areas according to the requirements for towns and cities under the provincial level to complete the task of building new rural areas in the period of 2021 - 2025.
3. At least 20% of districts in the area meet advanced new rural standards in the 2021 - 2025 period.
4. At least 40% of communes in the area meet advanced new rural standards in the 2021 - 2025 period.
5. There is a project to build new rural areas in the whole province and city for the period 2021 - 2025 approved by the People's Council of the province and centrally run city.
6. At least 70% of the kilometers of district roads, provincial roads, and national highways in the area have trees planted along the route.
7. Green land for public use in the area is at least 4 m2 /person.
8. The satisfaction index of people and organizations with the services of state administrative agencies under the management of provinces and centrally run cities reaches 90% or more.
