Amending and abolishing 39 administrative procedures in the field of social protection

The Ministry of Health has just issued a decision on promulgating revised, supplemented and abolished administrative procedures in the fields of social protection and prevention and control of social evils under the management scope of the Ministry of Health.

In the decision, the Ministry of Health announced 35 administrative procedures that were amended and supplemented and 4 administrative procedures that were abolished in the fields of social protection and prevention of social evils under the state management functions of the Ministry of Health.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Health abolishes the content of 4 administrative procedures:

Registration for the establishment of a non-public social assistance facility is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Registering changes to the contents of the certificate of registration of establishment for non-public social assistance facilities under the establishment authority of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Registration for the establishment of a non-public social assistance facility is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Registering changes to the contents of the certificate of registration of establishment for non-public social assistance facilities under the authority of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in Decision No. 1593/QD-LDTBXH dated October 10, 2017 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on promulgating newly issued administrative procedures and abolished administrative procedures in the field of social protection under the state management function of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The list of administrative procedures amended and supplemented under the management scope of the Ministry of Health includes: Establishment of public social assistance facilities under the People's Committees of provinces and specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces; Reorganization and dissolution of public social assistance facilities under the People's Committees of provinces and specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces; Dissolution of non-public social assistance facilities under the establishment authority of the Department of Health; Registration of establishment, registration of changes in content or re-issuance of certificates of registration of establishment of non-public social assistance facilities under the authority of the Department of Health.../.
