Explaining why the prices of green vegetables remained stable after Tet, Ms. Ha Thi Nu, a vendor at the March 8 market, said: Due to favorable weather, green vegetables grew well, and with abundant supply, the prices of green vegetables did not increase, especially spices, which were also very cheap.

Not only the price of green vegetables is stable, but also the price of fresh food and poultry meat is not increased compared to normal days. Specifically, the price of rooster for incense offering is from 120,000 - 140,000 VND/kg, beef from 250,000 - 300,000 VND/kg, pork from 110,000 - 130,000 VND/kg, shrimp from 250,000 - 350,000 VND/kg, squid from 250,000 - 350,000 VND/kg, grass carp from 60,000 - 90,000 VND/kg, carp from 60,000 - 70,000 VND/kg...

According to Ms. Pham Thi Huong, owner of a vegetarian restaurant on Son Tay Street, Ba Dinh District (Hanoi), since February 7, 2025 (the 10th day of the Lunar New Year), she has received many orders for the 15th day of the first lunar month, the unit price of each tray also varies with many different prices from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND/tray depending on the customer's order.

In addition to the package ordering service, the vegetarian restaurant also offers individual dishes according to customer requests, so it is also very convenient for consumers to choose - Ms. Pham Thi Huong shared.

Not only the vegetarian food ordering service but also the food ordering service for the Full Moon Festival in January this year is very rich and diverse, from ordering full packages of traditional dishes to individual dishes upon request. The price of the Full Moon Festival trays in January ranges from 800,000 VND to 2 million VND/tray. Customers just need to call to order or send a message via online channels, the food ordering units will send staff to deliver the dishes to their doorstep.

As someone who has ordered offerings for the Full Moon Festival online for many years, Ms. Bui Hang Trang, in Hue Street, Hoan Kiem District (Hanoi) said that because the Full Moon Festival this year falls on a Wednesday, her family decided to order an offering instead of cooking it themselves like every year.
