The 72-year-old businessman has publicly criticised the duo of Ed Woodward and Richard Arnold, claiming they have made Man Utd a chaotic and unbalanced team.
"I can't accept Ed Woodward or Richard Arnold running the club," Ratcliffe said. "Richard doesn't understand football, and Ed is not qualified to run this club. He's a banker, an accountant, not a CEO."
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is unhappy with the old leadership of Man Utd.
According to Ratcliffe, the previous Man Utd management team did not pay attention to the details and let the players play regardless of the results. He added: "In the last 12 years, Man Utd have had two bad management teams. They are not like Steve Parish [Crystal Palace] or Daniel Levy [Tottenham]. They do not really care about what is going on."
Ratcliffe also stressed that this lack of attention led to many bad decisions. "They made a lot of poor decisions, stupid things. They messed things up, it was incredible. They couldn't see the direction of the club," the English businessman added.
Ratcliffe is facing a wave of anger from fans because of many drastic staff cuts, along with frugal spending in the transfer market. This makes it impossible for a team in need of a comprehensive "blood change" like Man Utd to immediately improve results on the field.
The British businessman also declared that he was "ready to leave Man Utd if the wave of anger increased". He will not endure the constant criticism and pressure like the Glazer family is experiencing.
In the early morning of March 17, the "Red Devils" will visit Leicester City in the late match of round 29 of the Premier League.
