Quang Ninh needs feasible solutions to achieve 14% growth

(NLDO) - The President requested Quang Ninh province to soon issue an Action Program with feasible solutions to achieve the growth target of 14%.

On the morning of March 19, in Quang Ninh province, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong, Head of Inspection Delegation 1907 of the Politburo, chaired a conference to approve the draft report of the Inspection Delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025 for the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

At the working session, the representative of the Inspection Team announced the draft report on the inspection results to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, stating: Immediately after the issuance of Resolutions 18, Conclusions 121, 126, 127, Directive 35 and Conclusion 118 of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued a Plan to lead, direct, and organize conferences to study, learn, and disseminate seriously, methodically, and scientifically.

Along with that, establish a Steering Committee, issue regulations, rules, and procedures to organize implementation; concretize Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions with Action Programs and direct grassroots Party committees and subordinate Party committees to proactively organize learning, thoroughly grasp and implement Resolutions, Directives, and Conclusions at the unit.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, in addition to praising and acknowledging the results achieved, the President also pointed out a number of difficulties, problems and shortcomings that the province needs to propose solutions to remove and overcome; turning this inspection process into a self-inspection; difficulties and problems under the authority of which agency, that agency needs to identify and resolve.

Emphasizing that in the coming time, there are many goals and tasks that need to be implemented, the President suggested that Quang Ninh province needs to review the goals, build a clear action program for each agency, unit, and member, and organize drastic implementation, closely monitor and inspect, and summarize experiences to do better.

Pointing out that Quang Ninh has always been identified by the Central Government as having a particularly important strategic position in terms of politics, economy, national defense, security and foreign affairs, the President requested the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to have groups of solutions for Quang Ninh to progress quickly, firmly and sustainably in all aspects, especially to be a pioneer in implementing the four inspected contents.

Regarding the implementation of the policy of streamlining the apparatus to ensure it is lean, compact, strong, effective, efficient, and effective, creating consensus within the Party and government from the province to the grassroots level, the President emphasized the need to seriously grasp the Resolution and Conclusion of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat. Urgently review, amend, supplement, and perfect regulations, rules, and instructions, etc., to ensure that the apparatus from the province to the grassroots level operates normally, without interruption or impact on the results of the implementation of the common tasks of the entire province.

The President requested the province to focus on implementing Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo and directives and instructions of competent authorities.

In particular, it is important to prepare well the documents, personnel and conditions for organizing the Congress when there is direction from superiors. Personnel work must be in accordance with the principles of synchronization, comprehensiveness, strictness, democracy, science, objectivity, impartiality and transparency to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels after the arrangement, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Continue to do a good job in personnel work, especially planning, evaluation, and training, focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially leaders and managers with sufficient qualities, capacity, and prestige.
