The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 features a Kryo CPU with four high-performance cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and four energy-efficient cores clocked at 1.95 GHz. It will appear on the Redmi Note 13 Pro launching on September 21.
This is a 4nm processor, with an unspecified Adreno GPU but capable of FHD+ images at a refresh rate of 144Hz. The chipset supports up to 12GB of ultra-fast LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. With the Snapdragon X62 5G modem, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 offers a maximum speed of 2.9Gbps and supports 5G millimeter wave technology.
The device features the FastConnect 6700 system, which offers Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. Navigation technology in the processor includes support for multiple positioning systems, including QZSS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, GLONASS and GPS, with dual-band positioning L1/L5.
The chipset brings the Qualcomm Spectra 12-bit ISP, which enables simultaneous triple-camera capture and supports impressive features like 200MP photo capture and 4K video recording at 30fps. The SoC also supports AI-powered noise reduction, along with Snapdragon Smooth Listen technology for clear audio on calls.
