Phu Tho: Magnificent opening night of "Colors of Tourism of the Homeland"

On the evening of April 3 (the 6th day of the 3rd lunar month), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province organized the opening ceremony of the program "Colors of Tourism of the Homeland" and launched the response to the 2025 Tourism Stimulus Program with the theme "Phu Tho - Travel to love."

This is a typical event in a series of cultural, sports and tourism activities serving tourists attending the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary and the Cultural-Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025.

The program "Colors of Tourism of the Homeland" and the launching activities in response to the 2025 tourism stimulus program "Phu Tho - Go to love" attracted the participation of nearly 70 units and individuals, including tourism promotion information centers, tourism businesses, craft village production establishments of Phu Tho province; the cooperative group of 8 expanded Northwestern provinces: Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Hoa Binh and neighboring provinces of Vinh Phuc, Tuyen Quang, Hanoi city, and localities nationwide to join hands to promote and promote tourism.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan emphasized that Phu Tho is the land of the nation's origin, where the Hung Kings built the country. Phu Tho also preserves many tangible and intangible cultural heritages, typically the Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Hung King Worship and Phu Tho Xoan Singing, along with scenic spots, historical relics, unique cultural identities, typical products and unique regional culinary culture.

Phu Tho province hopes that, from its inherent advantages in tourism, the program "Colors of the Homeland Tourism" and the launching activities in response to the tourism stimulus program "Phu Tho - Go to love" will contribute to promoting the image of Phu Tho tourism with many tourist destinations, diverse tourism products and services; tourism stimulus packages with many attractive incentives, guaranteed quality, bringing the Phu Tho tourism brand "Safe - Friendly - Attractive" to the majority of people and tourists coming to the Homeland Tourism.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province directed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province and related sectors to pay special attention to promoting tourism promotion, aiming at professionalization, innovation and continuous creativity to provide people and tourists with increasingly high-quality tourism products.

The Department and related sectors need to have better connections with travel agencies and investors, promote and build the image of Phu Tho province as a worthy destination in the overall tours and tourist routes of the whole country; aiming to develop tourism economy to become a spearhead economic sector of Phu Tho province.

2025 is the first year that Phu Tho province organizes the program "Colors of Tourism of the Ancestral Land" with rich and attractive activities. Phu Tho province wishes to promote to the people and tourists interesting experiences full of "color" about culture, tourism, and unique cuisine of the Ancestral Land on the pilgrimage journey to pay tribute to the merits of the Ancestors.

Coming to Phu Tho, visitors will be able to explore cultural tourism, eco-tourism, resort tourism, community tourism, experience the attractive Xoan Village singing program...; enjoy regional cuisine with diverse OCOP products; attend events and art performances imbued with the identity of the homeland./.
